La Procuraduría General de la Nación, inició acciones preventivas para promover el adecuado cumplimiento de la normatividad y el uso correcto de los recursos públicos que deben de garantizar las entidades encargadas de la administración, operación y mantenimiento de la vía Bogotá- Villavicencio.
El Ministerio Público envió un comunicado al Ministerio de Transporte, la Unidad Administrativa Especial para la Gestión de Desastre de Cundinamarca y el Instituto Nacional de Vías en la que les dio a conocer sobre el proceso y pidió atender a quienes se han visto afectados por los cierres de la vía al Llano.
Así mismo, la Regional de Instrucción de Cundinamarca sostuvo que adelantará un proceso para mitigar y ayudar a prevenir la violación de los derechos colectivos e integrales de la población de los municipios afectados por las fuertes lluvias y caida de material.
Por último, el ente de control resaltó que hará seguimiento para vigilar que se atiendan también a las solicitudes que los empresarios del sector transporte tanto de Cundinamarca, como del Meta.
